Stilts Workshop
The workshop is based on teaching techniques of stilts with special emphasis on the playful aspect of this activity.
It requires no prior knowledge or experience on stilts.
The workshop of stilts can be group or individual. According to the level (begginner-advanced) and given to the discipline of stilts as “mobile stage” technical, rhythmic and interpretative exercises are set.
The main contents greatly contribute to the psychomotor development of students, the creativity and imagination, as well as to promote alternative leisure activities in a participative atmosphere within the group.
Objectives:
– Promote the development of physical qualities as dexterity, coordination, laterality, dissociation and psychomotor equilibrium.
– Develop creativity and imagination of students through body techniques.
– To encourage student participation in games and recreational activities, establishing constructive relations between them and facilitating integration within the group.
